Returns

We uphold a strict 3-day Free Return policy across our store. You can initiate a return within 3 days of delivery for free. After this period, a minimum 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, subject to any damages to the product.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We provide a lifetime exchange policy for A Silveraas jewelry, with the given terms:

Customers have the option to exchange their old A Silveraas jewelry for new jewelry, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The customer must first send the old jewelry for inspection to our Quality Assurance (QA) team.

  2. Upon inspection, only repairable pieces will be deemed eligible for exchange.

  3. A coupon will be issued to the customer, the value of which will depend on the invoice value of the old jewelry, the time of the specific invoice, and any damages identified during the inspection.

  4. With the coupon, customers can choose jewelry of their choice from across the website.

Restocking Fee

​​

For returns after 3 days of delivery, a restocking fee of 30% of the bill value will be deducted from the refund amount. This restocking fee covers the costs associated with shipping, packaging, re-polishing, and other necessary processes involved in returning the jewelry to its original state.

No Restocking Fee for Exchanges or 3-day returns

No restocking fee will be levied for exchanges with new products of similar or greater value. However, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Also, no restocking fee will be levied from the customer if they wish to return it within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated within 2 to 3 working working days of refund amount confirmation by A Silveraas.

Returning Damaged Products

If you need to return a product due to damage or logistic mishandling, please immediately contact our team at Silveraasofficial@gmail.com.

We advise customers to take photos and videos of the damaged product for a seamless process.

Providing an unboxing video or evidence of damage or mishandling during shipping will expedite the refund or exchange process.
